Shoshanah Apprentice Dog Trainer
& Animal Behavior and Conservation Graduate Student

My Story
I am an Animal Behavior & Conservation Graduate student at Hunter College and apprentice dog trainer.
I am looking to complete my 225 hour requirement of one-on-one training sessions in order to be eligible to take my CPDT-KA (Certified Professional Dog Trainer- Knowledge Assessed) exam.
To do this I am offering:
A single hour-long session at no charge
Follow up sessions for $30 per session
Written session summaries for your review after the session
Referrals to local Certified Dog Trainers for issues beyond the scope of what I can help with
I use science-based techniques and am committed to force-free animal training. I will be coaching you how to train your dog through positive reinforcement.

“I have found that when you are deeply troubled, there are things you get from the silent devoted companionship of a dog that you can get from no other source.”
